Delivery and other information

For customers in and around Manchester and Preston, we offer hand delivery by a member of our team — people who know exactly how to handle fresh flowers with care, so your bouquet arrives in perfect condition.

We send via Royal Mail 24-hour tracked & signed service, with delivery before 1pm the following day.
∙ Each box is carefully packaged and clearly labelled as Fragile
∙ Please note: Royal Mail deliveries do not operate on Sundays

You’re welcome to collect your order from one of our two locations:
∙ Manchester (M8)
∙ Preston (PR1)

As a florist, we work with seasonal and naturally variable stock, so please keep the following in mind:
Substitutions: On rare occasions, a specific flower may not be available (for example, dahlias). If this happens, we’ll replace it with something of a similar style, design, and equal or greater value — always with the same love and care put into your arrangement.
Stem counts: Stem numbers may vary by one or two (e.g. a 50-rose bouquet may contain 49 or 51 stems). We always aim to give you the best possible arrangement within your order.

Flowers may differ slightly from item ordered depending on availability, all flowers are hand made so differences may exist.

With proper care, your flowers can stay fresh upto 2 weeks.

Please bear in mind:
Last-minute orders are subject to wholesaler availability, which can change daily. This means the flowers and arrangements available at short notice may differ from what you would usually expect from us. We will always work with the best blooms available to us at the time.

Last-minute requests do come at a higher cost. We will always be transparent with you on pricing before anything is confirmed.
The sooner you get in touch, the better — availability moves quickly. Drop us a message with your date, what you have in mind, and your budget, and we will see what we can do.

As our flowers are sourced specifically for each order, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made as soon as possible by contacting info@florallooks.co.uk.

Please note, if stock has already been purchased for your bespoke order, only a partial refund may be available.

Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our florals, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements once an order has been delivered.

If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
